How do I schedule my coaching sessions?
Use the [Calendly link provided here].

How often will we meet?
Monthly on zoom for a one on one coaching session and monthly in person for a half day as a group.

What if I need to reschedule?
No problem on the one on one sessions, life happens. Just use the reschedule link in your Calendly confirmation email to select a new time.  I also recommend saving this link [Calendly link provided here] with my contact info, for easy rescheduling on the go. The group sessions will go on as scheduled.

What if I have questions between sessions?
Please feel free to reach out to WhatsApp for quick guidance or to share reflections. Make the most of this experience by staying connected!

Reflection Questions and Actions: Notice + Name Your Nervous System State

Begin to observe your internal state over the next week—without judgment. At the end of each day, grab your Business is Human Journal and jot down your responses to these questions.

✏️ Which state have I spent the most time in lately—connection, activation, or shutdown?

✏️ How does my state impact how I lead, communicate, or make decisions at work?

✏️ What kinds of people, tasks, or situations tend to bring me into a regulated (connected) state?

✏️ What would it look like to design more of my life and work from a regulated state—rather than reacting from activation or shutdown?

As you observe yourself with loving and kind eyes throughout your days, use this simplified framework to notice and name what you’re feeling and where it might be coming from. This is about learning to sense your internal environment so you can respond intentionally, not react automatically.

Attunement is where we're going.

The practice of being deeply present and responsive to yourself, to others, and to what grounds you—whether that's God, purpose, or something bigger than yourself.
Attunement creates the conditions for healing, connection, and clarity. It's not something you hustle for—it's something you notice. It's about listening beneath the noise of life so you can live and lead with alignment.

We've been sold the myth of work-life balance—as if life and work were two separate buckets to juggle or compete. But the truth is: you are one whole person, and attunement is how you honor that wholeness.
