Reminder: There are TWO Systems.

We’re now moving from the Regulation Foundation into the VRI Growth System

In this video, Rebecca Fleetwood Hession introduces the two integrated systems at the heart of the 90-Day Reset: The Regulation Foundation – This system focuses on nervous system regulation to create safety, clarity, and stability. It’s the foundation for sustainable personal and professional growth. The VRI Growth System – Once regulated, you can fully activate your Value, Relevance, and Impact (VRI). This system helps you align your unique contributions to both your personal development and the goals of your organization. Together, these systems move you from survival mode into a thriving state of intentional growth. This is where clarity meets action, and where business becomes deeply human.

Days 41 - 47

Days 41 - 47

n this foundational teaching, Rebecca Fleetwood Hession unpacks how the VRI Growth System transforms the way individuals and organizations grow—from the inside out. After establishing nervous system safety through the Regulation Foundation, it’s time to shift into growth. VRI stands for Value, Relevance, and Impact, and this system integrates neuroscience with practical strategy to fuel both personal development and business performance. In this video, you’ll learn: Why self-regulation is the starting point for sustainable career ownership How VRI connects your personal value to organizational goals What it looks like to work from intrinsic motivation instead of external pressure How to use VRI to improve trust, decision-making, engagement, and innovation Why this isn’t just a framework—it’s a movement for how we work and live in the Age of Humanity The VRI Growth System bridges the human experience with business outcomes—so everyone grows together.

Aligning Your Value towards Relevation and Impact.

You’ll move from the insight you’ve gained through reflection and regulation of ‘who you are’ to application, now reflecting on where your unique value is creating real relevance and impact, and where it’s not. After identifying your gifts and talents in Coaching Session #3 and learning the VRI™ framework from the previous video, this phase helps you align and attune your strengths to the outcomes that matter most. Attunement is about noticing where your presence, energy, and contribution are most effective—and where they’re being underused or misdirected.

VRI Growth System™
Value · Relevance · Impact

Now that your nervous system feels safe from The Regulation Foundation, you’re ready for growth.

This next phase—the VRI Growth System—builds on that foundation.
We continue the daily practices of regulation and stillness, but now we begin to put your value to work in ways that are deeply relevant to your unique design and highly impactful in the world around you.

Why does this matter?

Because growth without grounding leads to burnout.
And gifted people without clarity often stay stuck.

But when you know your Value, live and work in ways that align your value to Relevance, and move with intentional Impact—you become a powerful force for good in your work, relationships, and purpose.

This is where your story meets strategy.
Welcome to Thriving not Striving.

Let’s go!

In this first week of the VRI Growth System, let’s keep noticing and naming our state and our story.

DAILY REFLECTION QUESTIONS (Days 41 to 47)

At the end of each day, reflect on:

✏️ Where did I use my unique gifts and talents today?

✏️ How did it feel when I used my gifts?

✏️ How did others respond when I operated from my strengths?

Identify Limitations

✏️ Where did I hold back or minimize my gifts?

✏️ What seemed to get in the way?

Assess Your Nervous System State

✏️ How did my nervous system feel while using my gifts? (Calm? Energized? Tense?)

✏️ How did creating the most impactful story associated with my nervous system state help me today?

Evaluate Relevance

✏️ Where was my value most relevant today?

✏️ Where could it have been more relevant if I had stepped in more fully?

✏️ How am I experiencing more of my authenticity and true design through this process?

Just like the Daily Stillness Practices remain an ongoing practice to stay regulated, the Weekly VRI Practice will be an ongoing practice for your career growth. Watch this video about the Weeklyl VRI™ Practice.

Days 48 -76

Days 48 -76

In this video, Rebecca Fleetwood Hession teaches you how to implement the Weekly VRI (Value, Relevance, Impact) Practice—a powerful 20–30 minute ritual that helps you build intrinsic motivation, reflect with intention, and lead with clarity. Each week, you’ll: Glance Back: Identify where your value showed up as relevant and impactful Plan Forward: Align upcoming meetings, projects, and efforts with your unique strengths and purpose Notice Patterns: Begin to see what's working and where change is needed This practice shifts you out of waiting for external validation and into your own authority. When you know your value, you act from confidence—not from comparison. This is how real transformation begins.

WEEKLY VRI PRACTICE

Value · Relevance · Impact

Glance Back

Each week, take a few minutes to answer this question:
“How was my value relevant and impactful this week?”

This practice helps you see yourself clearly, stay motivated from within, and build confidence that’s rooted in your true identity—not external approval.

Use the prompts below to guide your reflection:

✦ VALUE
Who I am—my unique gifts, talents, personality and experience

✏️ What valuable part of me showed up strong in my life and work this week?
(This could be a skill, a strength, a personal trait, or something hard-earned from your life experience.)

Examples: I used my calm presence during a tough meeting. My creativity helped bring clarity to a messy project. I leaned on my experience from a past challenge to help someone else navigate theirs.

✦ RELEVANCE
How was my value useful? How did my value matter in this specific situation?

✏️ How did my value meet a need, solve a problem, or contribute to something that mattered?

Examples: My patience helped calm a frustrated client. My sense of humor lightened the mood and brought the team closer. My knowledge of Excel helped the team organize their information. My strategic thinking helped the group stay on track.

✦ IMPACT
The difference it made—to people, performance, or purpose

✏️ What changed because I showed up in that way?
This could be emotional (to another human), practical (to a task or goal), or both.

Examples: A teammate felt seen and supported. A project moved forward. A difficult moment turned into a breakthrough. A system became more efficient. A relationship deepened.

You don’t need to hit a big goal or receive a five-star review to have a meaningful week.
You know and feel the moments that matter, even those small human connections are powerful.

By naming and claiming your Value, Relevance, and Impact, you create a new kind of motivation rooted in clarity, choice, and confidence.

Keep practicing. You’re building something real. This is how growth thrives.

Plan Ahead

This isn’t just a to-do list. It’s a leadership lens.
Each week, take time to plan with purpose—so your energy, time, and attention are aligned with what matters most.

✦ VALUE
Who you are and what you bring at your best

✏️ As I look at the week ahead—the meetings, projects, and tasks—what aspects of my unique value do I need to be intentional about?

✏️ Where can I stand taller in who I am?
✏️ Where can I be a little bolder in sharing my gifts, ideas, or perspective?

✦ RELEVANCE
Where your value fits best

✅ Which conversations, clients, or initiatives this week are the best match for my gifts?

✅ Where do I feel most needed—or most energized?

✅ Are there any situations where I may need to stretch into relevance by showing up differently or more fully?

✦ IMPACT
How you make a difference—strategically and humanly

📈 Our goals and metrics matter. Our money-making model fuels the mission.
How can I increase my value and relevance in a way that contributes to measurable outcomes?

📈 And just as importantly—how can I do that in a way that honors the humanity of our work, our clients, and our colleagues?

✦ REGULATION + RHYTHM
Your nervous system is part of your leadership strategy

📅 Do I have buffer time between meetings to breathe, reset, or ground myself before the next interaction?

📅 What are the high-demand moments this week—and how can I plan for stillness, rest, or regulation before and after?

📅 Is everything on my calendar relevant? Are there any meetings, commitments, or tasks I can reevaluate, delegate, reschedule—or even cancel?

📅 Where can I make space to think clearly, move intentionally, and lead from a regulated, creative state?

This is how you protect your value, focus your relevance, and multiply your impact.
Not by doing more.
But by leading on purpose.

You are the asset. Protect it. Plan like it.

Coaching Session

Deepening Attunement and Amplifying Your VRI

This session is about staying present and honest with where you are. Rebecca will guide you through what’s working, what’s not, and where you may be feeling stuck. You’ll explore how attuned you are to your nervous system state and how that awareness is influencing your choices, energy, and relationships. Together, you’ll identify opportunities to more fully express your Value, Relevance, and Impact—so you’re not just feeling better, but driving better business results. When your VRI is aligned and activated, your work becomes more strategic, effective, and influential.

These are the prompts we’ll discuss in our next coaching session:

1. Notice Patterns
What patterns am I noticing about when and where I use my gifts?

2. Check Feelings
How am I feeling emotionally and physically when I operate in my strengths?

3. Identify Environments
What environments and relationships are bringing out my best?

4. Recognize Limitations
Where am I shrinking, hiding, or minimizing my value?

5. Assess Changes
How has my sense of relevance at work (and in life) changed?

6. Plan Shifts
What small or large shifts could I make next week to align even more with my gifts and value?
