The Rise & Thrive Experience

What to Expect

This isn’t a retreat. It’s a return.

Rise & Thrive is a 7-month experience for women who are ready to stop performing their lives and start living them—from the inside out.

Because the truth is… most of us have been taught how to achieve, but not how to feel safe enough to actually enjoy what we’ve built.

So we keep going.

Keep striving.

Keep proving.

And still feel like something is missing.

This experience is where that pattern breaks.

❋ Deep Internal Work

We go beneath the surface—into the nervous system, beliefs, and patterns that are quietly shaping how you lead, live, and relate. This is where real change begins.

❋ Reflection + Connection = Direction

Through guided reflection and honest connection with other executive women, you begin to see yourself clearly—and from that clarity, your next steps become obvious.

❋ Real Conversations, Not Performance

No posturing. No pretending. Just powerful, human conversations that create insight, release, and momentum.

❋ A Space That Frees You

Safety isn’t a buzzword here—it’s the foundation. When your system feels safe, your thinking sharpens, your creativity expands, and your leadership evolves.

Set Intentions & Reflect

This is where you stop chasing outcomes… and start creating the conditions that make them possible.

Together, we step out of the noise to get clear on what you actually want—your goals, your hopes, your expectations—not the ones you’ve inherited or been performing toward.

Through intentional reflection, you’ll begin to see what’s been driving your decisions beneath the surface—your nervous system state, the beliefs you’ve formed, and the patterns that have followed.

We provide the frameworks, the content, and the space—
so you can understand yourself at a deeper level.

Because when you understand your nervous system, you create safety.
When you examine your beliefs, you create truth.
When you shift your patterns, you create change.

And from that place, clarity isn’t something you chase—
it’s something you generate.

So you can build a life and leadership rhythm that actually supports you… not drains you.

Take Your Stories to the Stage

Take Your Story to the Stage

At the end of the experience, you step onto the stage at Stand Tall in Your Story—not to perform, but to tell the truth of your life.

Each woman delivers a 7-minute, TED-style talk—one that you’ll be guided to write, shape, and confidently deliver. You won’t do this alone. We walk with you through the entire process, helping you uncover the story that’s ready to be told and the message that only you can carry.

Because in a world that’s becoming increasingly artificial—filtered, scripted, optimized—
we believe what people are craving is what’s real.

Real stories.
Real growth.
Real humanity.

This isn’t about having it all figured out or getting it perfect.
It’s about owning what you’ve lived, what you’ve learned, and who you’ve become.

When we Stand Tall in our story, we give others the courage to do the same.

The

Alums

The experience doesn’t end when the program does—it expands. You become part of a community of nearly 50 women who continue to support one another in real life and real time. Through ongoing conversations, shared questions, career moves, and life transitions, this group stays connected. We gather annually for a retreat, creating space to reset, reconnect, and grow together. This isn’t just something you go through—it’s something you become part of.

  • Hannah Wiscaver - Season 5

Rise & Thrive was unlike any program I’ve ever experienced. It reignited my confidence and reminded me why I’m so passionate about my life and career. I walked away feeling energized, inspired, and truly on fire again! The connections I made are ones I’ll carry with me forever. This program is powerful, unique and genuinely life-changing.

  • Kristi Walsh - Season 2

It was exactly what I needed during that time of my life, and it somehow continues to apply to every stage of my life after. This community of women sticks together and always roots for each other without judgement- just love and support.

  • Margie Kreutz - Season 2

My experience with Rise & Thrive was - and I don’t say this lightly - life-changing. It provided me with meaningful and actionable tactics and guidance to elevate my career, allowed me to find strength in vulnerability with the chance to share my story and connect with other amazing professionals who became true friends.

Who is Rise & Thrive for?

Rise & Thrive is for the woman who is successful on paper—but knows there’s more.

She’s driven, capable, and carrying a lot… yet feels the tension of constantly performing, proving, or pushing. She’s done with surface-level growth and is ready to understand what’s really driving her—her nervous system, her beliefs, and the patterns shaping her life and leadership.

She’s not looking for more to add.
She’s ready to release what no longer fits—
and build a way of living and leading that actually feels aligned, sustainable, and true.
